Check out this list of local festivals going on in Buffalo this summer for great ways to enjoy our community.

Taste of Buffalo
This is one of the nation’s largest food events, and offers a great opportunity to try out some local restaurants.
July 9-10

Williamsville Old Home Days
This festival offers food and rides, in the village of Williamsville.
July 12-16

Italian Heritage Festival
This festival includes local food and entertainment, as well as cooking demonstrations and learning about Italian culture.
July 14-17

Shakespeare in Delaware Park
This is a great opportunity to watch a play, as well as sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather, best of all it’s free! This year The Merchant of Venice runs through July 10 and As You Like It runs from July 21 to August 14.

Annual Lebanese Festival 
This annual festival offers food, music ,a bounce house, dancing and the opportunity to learn about Lebanese culture.

Eden Corn Festival
This festival offers delicious corn on the cob, games, art, and rides.
August 5-7

Erie County Fair
This fair offers games, rides, food, and fun for the whole family.
August 10-21

Lewiston Art Fest
This festival offers the opportunity to see some great art, listen to some wonderful music and learn some unique history.
August 13-14

Children First Festival 
This festival in the Village of Ellicottville offers a full day of circus-themed fun for kids including a fashion show, hands-on activities, a parade, and more.
August 20

Buffalo Irish Festival
See some wonderful Irish dancing, learn about rich Irish history, and sample some tasty treats!
August 26-28

Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts 
This festival offers a wonderful display of art from local artists, as well as offering a “Kidsfest” where kids can make their own art projects.
August 27-28

German Heritage Festival
Learn about German history, try some new foods and listen to some great music at this festival.
